Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They scan a QR code, tap once, and they're in. No account and no personal details are needed.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhones with Apple Wallet and Android phones with Google Wallet, which covers the large majority of smartphones.
What does my staff need?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a camera and internet. They open the scanner link, log in once with a staff code, and scan. If a camera can't read a card, they can type the short code printed under the QR.
Can the card use my logo and colors?
Yes. Your logo and brand colors appear on the wallet card and on the page customers see when they join. You also choose the reward and how many stamps it takes.
Can customers add stamps themselves?
No. Only your logged-in staff can add stamps, and only to your own business's cards. Owners and staff get separate codes, and codes can be reset any time, for example when someone leaves.
